This low cost - high production machine can make standard block, brick and all of those expensive specials for a lot less.

The Kent-One is a semiautomatic block machine. Just fill the rear pallet magazine with either steel or plywood pallets (13" x 17") and push the start button. You can produce quality products competitive with any other machine. It can produce three 4" (10 cm) block, two 6" (15 cm) block, one 8" (20 cm) block, one 10" (25 cm) block, or one 12" (30 cm) block at up to five cycles per minute. Unit heights from 3-5/8" ( 90 mm) to 7-5/8" (190 mm) are possible. This is an air operated machine with dual motor vibration consisting of twin 3 H.P. motors with electronic braking. The vibration method is identical with the larger Besser machines and the machine is controlled by a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller).

Positive sizing is maintained by the use of low voltage electric sizing rods. Molds can be easily interchanged for special shapes and sizes. Rapid economical production makes this an ideal additional machine for large plants or a profitable principal unit for smaller plants.
